Vincent Tiley
Vincent Tiley is a New York- and Louisville-based interdisciplinary artist and founding Chair of Experimental Fashion at Kentucky College of Art + Design. They earned an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
Working across fashion, performance, sculpture, and installation, Tiley explores identity, material culture, and the body through experimental forms. Their work has been featured in The New York Times, Art in America, Paper Magazine, and the Chicago Tribune.
Tiley has participated in residencies with the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, Villa Lena Foundation, Vermont Studio Center, and Fire Island Artist Residency. Their work has been exhibited internationally at institutions including the Museum of Arts and Design, Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art, and the International Museum of Surgical Science.
